Listen to two church leaders describe their need for soul care:
eleven:28 offers many services to church leaders:
Staff Contemplative Experiences
A culture of soul care starts at the top. Discipleship starts at the top. In order to cultivate your church as a place of rest rather than busy-ness, your staff and board of elders/shepherds must lead the way into deeper contemplative experiences.
Virtual groups are always forming. Group spiritual direction is offered in a small group setting for groups of 3-12.
Retreats are offered as a way for a group to spend intensive time together being formed spiritually. Fees are based on the number of presentations made and should include travel. Contact us to find out more.
Speaking and Teaching
Speaking and teaching are offered as a way for a church, as a whole, to invest in their spiritual formation. Fees are negotiable and should include travel. Visit our event booking page for more information on how you can book Rhesa for your conference or retreat.
Individual spiritual direction is offered in person, via phone, or Skype. Fees vary from director to director. Directees meet once a month with a director for around an hour. Many ministers consider this as part of their “professional development budget.”
Sabbatical journeys are tailored to the needs of the church leader and can vary in length, location, and content. Contact us to learn more about extended care for the soul of the church leader.
