Eleven:28 is a non-profit corporation that exists under the directorship of a board. These wonderful individuals volunteer their time because of their support in the vision of this ministry.
Chelsie Sargent is an independent Licensed Professional Counselor from Houston, TX. She holds a BA in History from Abilene Christian University and a M. Ed. in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin Simmons University.
Prior to opening up her own business, Chelsie worked with two nonprofit counseling agencies – one in Abilene, TX and one in Houston. In 2011 Chelsie set out on her own, setting up her private counseling practice. She specializes in working with young adults, adolescents, and families. Chelsie is a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART), a counseling supervisor for therapists-in-training, and is a member of the American Counseling Association. She is routinely invited to speak in schools, conferences, churches, and universities regarding youth culture, technology, and dating violence.
Chelsie enjoys partnering in ministry with her husband Steve, and they are active in their church in Southwest Houston. Together they have a beautiful and adventurous four year old daughter. Chelsie enjoys traveling, reading, working out, and slowly sipping a good cup of coffee.
