Rhesa is a spiritual director and experienced retreat leader. She is a graduate of HeartPaths, a 3 year training program in spiritual formation and direction. She teaches on a regular basis at Highland Oaks Church and writes occasionally. Rhesa is the Founder and Lead Spiritual Director for eleven:28 ministries in Dallas, Texas.

Fran Shelton currently serves as president of Faith & Grief Ministries, facilitator for spiritual retreats, and keynoter for conferences. For over 20 years, she served 3 congregations with compassion, joy, and creativity. She received a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. She and her husband have 4 children and 5 adorable grandchildren.

Sue Suneson discovered her vocation when she filled a vacancy at her church “for a few weeks”—when those weeks stretched to 1400! A persistent pull toward spiritual direction led her to Heartpaths, where she completed her training in 2012. Her enduring passion in ministry is walking with people as they find their particular “fit” in the body of Christ. Sue Is a mom to two adult children and wife to Mark. When she’s not working at her Garland church, you’ll find her admiring God’s artistry in her garden, making cheese, or on a road trip.

Rev. Brian Hardesty-Crouch is a spiritual director and retreat leader, and a HeartPaths graduate who has served on faculty since 2009. An ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, he is the founder and president of Holy Moments and serves on the visiting faculty of Duke University.

More than anything Karen loves seeing people come alive as they experience meaningful connection with God and others. Karen earned her certificate in spiritual direction from the Training Program for the Ministry of Spiritual Direction under the auspices of the Faithful Companions of Jesus in the Ignatian tradition. She received a Master of Theology from Duke Divinity School. Karen is the founder of The Redwood Center for Spiritual Care and Education.
